Hi everyone,
As some of you may know I am an experienced musculoskeletal and titled pain physiotherapist, accredited mindfulness educator and yoga teacher.
I have been teaching the gold standard Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course for 12 years now.
There is extensive research supporting the benefits of mindfulness for stress, anxiety, depression, sleep and even pain.
This year I’ve reconnected with a number of people who have done the course over the years and it’s heartwarming to hear how it has helped them. MBSR is a life investment in skills for thriving.
My next 8-week course starts August 8. Participants can attend face-to-face in Adelaide at the beautiful Sophia centre or live online.

A new study from the University of Bath suggests that combining mindfulness with exercise could be your key to success. The study found that a combination of the two interventions could potentially be more effective than simply practising one or the other.
