The SM Endurance Coach and the entire team were blown away by everyone’s achievements over the weekend at ... We’re a close bunch of mates pushing and motivating each other every week... This positive + supportive environment where smiling and laughing remains the number one rule is why we all race happy and relaxed reaching our potential on the day without any excuses because the hard/smart work was done on repeat for months leading in.
Sucks that half the team didn’t get over to WA but they have new goals now and will be more ready for their debut 70.3/IM’s. We still had make it over, whilst completed the SA Bootleg Ironman in Adelaide, thanks for being so supportive of your community. We all want to give back now more than ever, legends. More posts to come on individual performances. Thanks to the support teams that came to Busselton early (family/partners), couldn’t have done it and stayed so relaxed pre race without you all.

Our trail guru Jan Harders nailed the Heyson 105km last weekend. The rest of the team is amazed... 105km of trails with 2441m elevation and he still averaged 6:28min per km. 😵
