Sparring in Boxing, Jiu Jitsu, wrestling or any other form of martial art can teach you so much about yourself.

It’s not based around hurting the other person but rather how much can you get out of yourself, how deep can you dig and have a go when someone else is imposing their will on you.

Very different to jumping on a rower, assault bike or going for a run.

Not better, just different.
