We are pleased to welcome Anthony Albanese to the team at Daily Bakehouse.

Nicknamed “Albo”, Anthony brings some truly invaluable experience to our little café business particularly in the areas of keeping a permanent hand in the register at all times.

In an inspiring act of leadership, Albo generously awarded himself an extra-large ownership stake.

The even better news is we still get to keep 100% of the risks and the 4am starts.

Teamwork really does make the dream work.

And just to avoid any confusion; that’s ‘Albo’ in the photo doing a ceremonial coffee handover for the cameras not Anthony the chef, who does the outrageous commitment of actually turning up and tirelessly working in the café every single day of the week while our silent partner courageously oversees operations from absolutely anywhere else.
