Please join us in welcoming our newest board member, Deb Pearce!

Deb is a proud ‘Brunswick kid’ who grew up pulling calves before school and has spent more than 30 years working across regional WA. Today, she’s a rural sustainability consultant focused on agricultural development approvals – and is even turning w**ds into steel through an exciting char project in the Pilbara!

With a PhD in Geography, Deb is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, WA Producer Director on the Northern Drought Hub, and an Independent Director with the Gelganyem Group in Kununurra. She’s currently studying Law and in her spare time, is a passionate amateur beekeeper 🐝

Deb is deeply committed to affordable education and making sure rural women stay connected, supported and empowered – no matter how isolated their work or community might be.

We’re thrilled to have her on board! 💛
