Last weekend, I attended a beautiful cacao ceremony at 'The Farm' hosted by

I could tell you about how gorgeously feminine and empowering it felt, to be amongst such incredible women and what it involved.

However what I really wanted to share, was the real magic for me was the week that followed.
The wisdom that dropped in was around having clarity, confidence and creativity, through connection to the divine within me.

All week I felt so solid within myself. I took nothing personally. I stayed in my lane. I wasn't in a rush, yet I got more done. I saw everyone as their true expression of love. I did more of what I love. I had more play and joy and pleasure. I shared more openly within a big group of women. I was able to give more and receive more.

And then I used this newfound lease on life to the extreme of oversocialising and creating and I burnt out.
I got mad and went back into story.

That's life. The cycle of highs and lows. The beauty is, we can hit reset and start again. Each time learning more about ourselves. About the different types of self care.

About our need to create space of nothingness. It has a purpose. Some of us need more alone time. More down time. Getting to know what this is for us is so powerful.

Just honouring that and the boundaries we need, so we can take care of ourselves and in turn have more to give, from our overflow 💓💓💓
