Hi everyone, holiday season is upon us. Time for overindulgence . Most clients can't do a 30-day protocol at this time of year for obvious reasons! But when I had my practice, which feels like a different lifetime, we used to gear our clients up for our January detox programs. There is an art to doing Functional Detox Programs though, as I am sure you are all well aware by now. Gone are the days of doing juice cleanses and cayenne pepper master cleanses.Did you know that there are simple ways to figure out if someone is stuck in phase 1 detox? I am the opposite, I am a fast phase 1 metaboliser and so toxins build up for me. Which of the 6 pathways of phase 2 detox is slow for you? How would you know?
