Online All Sports Programs
We are also introducing an 8-week all sports strength program for those who either do or do not have gym access, this program will cost $40. The second online program we will offer will be the 8-week complete running program which focusses on endurance, agility and speed, this program is also priced at $40. The last online program we will offer is the 10-week complete athlete package, which combines the previous two programs and includes recovery sessions for those who wish to maximally improve their sporting performance, this program will be priced at $60.

We take either online payments via the linktree in our bio or we also take cash if that’s easier. Please do not pay without inquiring with us first about what you’re interested in purchasing.
