Feeling exhausted and uncomfortable isn’t just part and parcel of pregnancy - there is a totally different way you can feel and it is available to you when you utilise the VITALITY TRIANGLE; a proven integrated method I use as a Perinatal Yoga Therapist to shift clients from feeling like their pregnancy is happening for them, rather than to them:

1. Integration of the PHYSICAL BODY 🌻
Everything in the pregnant body is interlinked. What’s happening in your posture is affecting your pelvic floor and what’s happening in your pelvic floor is affecting your spine….and on it goes. Once you know how to alleviate and prevent certain imbalances you will find more space and ease across your entire body. 

2. Toning of the NERVOUS SYSTEM 🌻
When you learn how to ‘hack’ the body-mind relationship to regulate your Nervous System you will more easily return or move into a relaxed state that better supports pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum hormone regulation and your regulation of stress. When you regulate your hormones via the Nervous System, you decrease the symptoms we often experience when they are out of balance; including nausea, anxiety, insomnia, mood swings and fatigue. 

3. Redirection and replenishment of your ENERGY 🌻
One of the biggest issues we face as we grow and house life is our own depletion and the feeling of a constant level of fatigue. By working with both restorative and energy-based practices we can start to rebuild and release energy to take us out of this space and back into vitality.
