Parents don't decide to re-enrol when the window opens.
They decide in the 24 hours after your class ends. In the car on the way home, in the conversation at dinner, when they go looking online to confirm what they already felt on the floor.

When families don't come back at the end of a term, most coaches take it personally. The instinct is to question the program, the pricing, or whether the marketing is working hard enough.
But more often than not, it's not the coaching. It's the experience around it.
Unclear progress updates. Re-enrolment windows that feel rushed. Admin that creates issues at exactly the wrong moment.
The businesses that hold onto families long-term aren't necessarily better coaches. They've usually just built better foundations underneath the coaching.
