Spent last night whipping up a storm in the kitchen. Red Velvet cupcakes, always a Winner ! ! and the new kid on the block 'Cheeselova'. Pavlova outside and delious yummy cheesecake filling. Top it with gorgeous fresh fruit and it's 'Happy Australia Day'. Thanks Alisa for using My Pantry Kitchen for your holiday catering. Happy Australia Day ALL !!

OK, so here's where we're at. Kitchen has been closed due to reno. During this time I had to throw in a serve of major surgery. I'm in recovery mode at present. So if all goes according to plan, I'll be up and running come 1 January 2018. Great way to start a New Year, don't you think.
