Pine Rivers State High School

Year 11 Science in Practice students recently travelled to the Queensland Police Museum to deepen their understanding of forensic science. Students explored a real-life criminal case and were guided through the investigative process police used to analyse evidence, identify suspects, and secure a conviction.
Using evidence gathered from the museum’s augmented reality crime scene, students applied their forensic skills to their mock crime scene for assessment. A fascinating glimpse into the science behind solving crime!
