Work has been underway for some time now and the project is progressing toward its planned mid 2026 opening. This ninety-two-million-dollar development by the Spotlight Group is expected to be the largest outdoor store in the Southern Hemisphere. Along with a flagship Anaconda store, the site will include a gym, a café and other national retailers such as Spotlight and Harris Scarfe Home. The Adventure HQ is being designed as an experience, not just a store. Planned features include an indoor barramundi fishing tank, fishing simulators, a cold room for trying on ski gear and displays of boats. It is being built as a destination for anyone who loves camping, fishing, boating or outdoor exploration.
