The month that was May with bus trips, Mothers Day and Italian Day.

We commemorated Anzac Day on Saturday 25th with a morning Anzac Day Service. Thank you to Bryan Doyle for his opening speech and the many residents and families who attended. Lest We Forget.

We have had Henny Penny Hatchings at Strathpine to the delight of residents, staff and visitors watching them hatch to chicks full of life.

Residents enjoyed Saint Patricks Day celebrations with all things green, to be sure, with Quizzes, limericks, history and fun games🍀

Raffle tickets for the Easter Raffle will be on sale at front reception and in the Cafe until the 1st of April. $2 a ticket or 3 for $5.

We’ve recently refreshed our brand and updated our website to make it easier for residents and families to find information and stay connected with us.

Over the coming weeks, you’ll also start to see our new look appear on things like signage, uniforms and printed materials around the home.

While our look is evolving, one thing hasn’t changed — our commitment to providing genuine, high-quality care and creating a warm, welcoming place to call home.

The last two weeks that were. Strathpine welcomed Tony the new Lifestyle Coordinator. We also enjoyed happy hour with Darrell, did craft on Waitangi Day, played bingo and the residents loved pet therapy.
