Leg Press 101 🦵🔥

If you want to build strong, powerful legs — the leg press is a staple… but only if you’re using it properly.

Here are a few key cues to get the most out of every rep 👇
• Feet shoulder-width apart (adjust higher/lower to target glutes vs quads)
• Keep your heels down and drive through them
• Control the lowering phase — don’t just drop it
• Knees track in line with your toes (no collapsing in!)
• Don’t lock out at the top — stay under tension

Think quality over quantity. Slow, controlled reps will always win 💯
