So as some of you may know Ringwood have come.up with idea to keep us entertained during lockdown 2.0.
We want to have as many people from slipstream as we can so pretty please make sure you register for the upcoming events the link is pasted below

Hereโs another workout for you to try at home this week!
Remember to warm up before completing and cool down at the end!
๐น10 exercises to be completed X 3
๐ธ40 seconds on.
๐น20 seconds rest between exercises.
๐ธ1 min rest at the end of each set.
1. Squat jumps
2. Lunges
3. Alternating jump lunges
4. Wall sit
5. Pushups
6. Plank up and downs
7. Tuck kick outs
8. Pike ups
9. Dish hold
10. Burpees

Two rounds working for
35 seconds on :25 seconds rest
- Lunges
- Wipers
- Plank up downs
- Squat jumps
- SL calf raises (swap half way)
- Tuck kickouts
- Split lunge jumps
- Dish hold
- Tricep dips
- Side crunches (swap half way)
End With 1 set of:
* 1 Min wall sit
* 20 pike ups
* 10 burpees
