We provide a variety of sensory tools—such as fidget items, stress balls, and the Feelings Wheel—available for all clients to use before, during, and after sessions.

These resources are intentionally provided to promote comfort, reduce anxiety, and foster expression in a safe and supportive environment. Suitable for children, adolescents, and adults, they can aid with grounding, calming, and creating space for deeper self-reflection.

They are available for use at any time during your session. Your wellbeing is our priority, and each tool is offered to help you feel supported as you navigate your journey of healing and growth.
