Dear valued customers,

In line with the COVID19 guidelines, please rest assured we have taken all the necessary steps to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

Our team who were on shift at the reported times, have already been tested and are isolating at home. We also encourage everyone else who visited our store during 18:45-19:30 on Monday 01/02/21 to get tested and isolate as well.

As advised by the DHHS, Sharetea Springvale is not a current risk to the public and customers however with their advice we have undergone a deep clean to the entire store and will reopen for trading as per normal as soon as it is safe for everyone.

Our whole team are saddened by this unfortunate event and how quickly it can affect so many people. We apologise if we have caused anyone any inconvenience and we look forward to coming back safely and healthy.
