💜🩵 GROUND MANAGER & CONFLICT RESOLUTION TRAINING 🩵💜

The Queensland Rugby League is offering an online Ground Manager & Conflict Resolution session designed to support our volunteers, Ground Managers and club officials.

This valuable session will equip participants with practical skills to:
✅ Manage difficult situations at community rugby league matches
✅ De-escalate conflict effectively
✅ Manage sideline behaviour
✅ Maintain a safe and respectful game-day environment
✅ Build confidence in communication and setting clear expectations

A big weekend of footy for our Panthers family 💜🩵🖤

Friday night brought grit, determination and strong performances across all teams, while Saturday showcased the passion and pride of our Panthers female sides. Congratulations to our U13 Girls on a fantastic win and to every Panther who pulled on the jersey and gave it their all this weekend 🐾

Most importantly, this weekend reminded us what rugby league is truly about respect, community and standing together ❤️🏉
