This month marks the first anniversary of our Social Support Group for our enlish-speaking clients!

Joining a social support group is a wonderful way for seniors to stay active, connected, and engaged in the community. It provides friendship, companionship, and a sense of belonging while helping reduce loneliness and improve emotional wellbeing.

Our group offers a welcoming and relaxed environment where everyone can enjoy meaningful conversations, laughter, and new experiences together.
