A good blast from the past with relevance even till the present day, rest is important! Most don’t get enough of it and the only solution to the problem’s inadequate sleep present is to get more sleep, coffee is not the answer unfortunately 😢

Gym should be an enjoyable experience, that’s why I’ve enlisted the help of Doggo Coach Bella! I bring her to all the classes I run and for one on one coaching, she can be brought upon request :)

Got to see my girls on the water today (rowing)! It was cold 🥶 , it was early and most importantly it was informative as I’m taking over the St Peter’s S&C rowing role and can’t help if I don’t actually get out there and see it for myself! Other than the information gleaned from chatting to the girls and coaches the thing that topped it all off? The sight on the Brisbane river was beautiful and made it all worthwhile for me!

Can’t wait to invest my time, effort and knowledge into this program and see it pay off in the long run. Have a great weekend everyone!!!
