I suppose I should make an update - I'm still here and in the game. Just got a little injured and side tracked with work.
But updates will be more frequent. Just need a bit of a game plan. For now - here is a squat opener in preparation for competition next weekend.

Well it has been a while since I have posted here. So here we go:
I will officially launch "Muscle waifu" in the new year. The reason for this push back is simple: I got into a world powerlifting competition - and so much of my focus has been on making sure I am 100% for that.
I also want to do some revamping in what I can offer - both as an anime fan and as a lifter who is big on health. So after next month there's a lot of work to do.
Either way - to the newcomers - thank you for coming along for the ride, here is a preview of what is to come
