On Day 3 of my challenge
I am adopting a periodic update approach to avoid flooding you guys feeds. This week, I broke a 10-year cycling drought, completing an hour-long ride/walk combo, with fatigue-induced breaks. Rewarding myself with a gluten-free 🥧 treat from the local bakery.
Day 2 focused on mapping out subsequent challenge activities to encourage me to stick to the 30 days. I find that using rewards helps to encourage me to keep going.
