Experienced HR & Mobilisation Coordinator - Mining & Resources - Pay rate: $45/hr to $55/hr (depending on experience).

What you'll do:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Medicals, training & VOC coordination
- Compliance, licences & site requirements
- HR systems, inductions, PPE & uniforms

About you:
- Proven HR & mobilisation experience in Mining & Resources (essential)
- Blue-collar recruitment experience
- Familiar with Office Suite, Assignar, Pegasus and Employment Hero (essential)
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident

Schedule: Monday - Friday I 8AM - 5PM
Location: Ascot with free parking
