💗 TO OUR AMAZING FITFAM 💗

This was one of the hardest decisions we have ever had to make.

It’s literally broken our hearts 💔 but in the end it was taken out of our hands. Yesterday was the last day F45 Roxburgh Park would see your smiling faces.

We are sorry that we have let you down 😭 PLEASE know that the multiple different circumstances that we have faced over the last couple of years has literally beaten us to the ground and we have been unable to recover.

I (Emma) want you all to know how much you have changed MY life. F45 has been one of the BEST things that has ever happened to me 💯. I am so UNBELIEVABLY GRATEFUL for every single person, moment, experience, lesson and challenge that has come my way over the last 5 years and F45 and all of you have shaped me into the person I am today. I have made some amazing friends, created so many memories and damn it’s been the best ride EVER!!

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to every single trialer, member and trainer that has supported us and brought their sparkle to our studio & our community. You guys are seriously freaking AMAAAAAAAZING!!!!

It has been my absolute PLEASURE to help you and watch you transform yourselves. Honestly, you are all my inspiration!!

This may be the end of F45 Roxburgh Park, but this isn’t the end of your journey to a happier, healthier, stronger YOU!!

Don’t give up. Keep training hard. Please keep investing in yourself because your health is the BEST investment you with ever make, without a doubt.
