Living with hip or knee osteoarthritis? The GLA:Dยฎ Australia program is an evidence-based education and exercise program designed to help you move more comfortably, build confidence, and stay active doing the things you enjoy.
Facilitated by our physio Kailey, the program combines practical education with guided exercises to help you better understand your joints, improve strength and function, and take an active role in managing your symptoms.

Whether itโs a beach walk, a gym session, stretching at home, or getting outside for some fresh air before the chaos begins โ small morning habits can make a big difference to how your body feels throughout the day.
Movement doesnโt have to be complicated. A few minutes of gentle activity each morning can help improve stiffness, boost energy, and get you ready for the day ahead. The key is finding what works for you.

๐ Knowledge Sharing ๐
Our physios were out and about again last week, this time sharing some knowledge on knee and hip arthritis with residents from one of our local retirement villages.
It was fantastic to see so much engagement throughout the session, with plenty of great questions and discussion.
We had lots of lovely feedback afterwards about how helpful and informative the talk was โ thank you for having us!
Education is such an important part of helping people stay active, independent, and doing the things they enjoy.
