This week: your group chats.

I know, I know, leaving a group chat feels dramatic. But staying in ones that drain you, overwhelm you, or simply no longer serve you? That’s costing you more than you realise.

Your nervous system notices the chaos in your phone even when you don’t. Every cluttered inbox is a small, quiet source of stress.

I’m not telling you to do this to create drama I’m telling you to do this to calm your nervous system. Archive the old chats, mute some peacefully that you don’t need or want to see right now or if you have the need leave the group chat that you don’t want to be apart of anymore. (Hello basketball team chat from 2024). It’s more then okay to do this. You do you boo.

So today, archive the quiet ones, leave the draining ones and let your messages become a space that feels calm, not chaotic.
