Being a Scorpio, I thrive in the shadow, the shedding, the unbecoming and the deep and this year, has been just that! This year being the year of the Snake and a year 9, has seen lots of cycles end, deep release, realisations and closure for many. Some of this voluntary, some not.

The Serpent’s Final Exhale is a gentle yet powerful space to release what has been lingering in your body, energy field, and subconscious from throughout the year.

This session weaves together the power of Reiki and Spinal Energetics to support the final shedding of emotional residue, stagnant patterns, and energetic heaviness to create space for clarity, softness, and renewal so you step into the new year with a lighter, clearer, more aligned inner landscape.
