Hi team Essential Health,

It is with much sadness and tears that I must announce that I've made the hard decision to close our doors at 410 Bluff road as a result of this prolonged restrictions to operate. We simply can't drag on like this for the unforeseeable future. I'm sure that you can all appreciate how hard this was for me after 4 amazing years in our little sanctuary or "day spa".

Moving forward, we will be offering our services virtually and also outdoors until restrictions change. I will re-evaluate then to see wha opportunities may be available.

I'm very grateful for my loyal team, past and present, and the many members who have and who continue to support us by improving their health and fitness everyday.

I'm proud and I look forward to continuing working with a lot of you.

Corona is on its way out... what about your health and fitness? Classes with Daz are a great break in the day. Perfect to get moving and the best thing is you dont have to drive anywhere. Really happy with the progression and flow.
