At your maintenance

Things are getting seriously busy at At Your Maintenance, and we’re looking for some extra support behind the scenes.

We’ve got a flexible work from home role available for someone with experience in trade maintenance working with property managers, who knows their way around AroFlo and Gmail (Xero is a bonus).

This role will involve:
✔️ Scheduling jobs and managing workflow
✔️ Handling incoming work orders via email
✔️ Chasing quotes and invoices
✔️ General admin support as needed

Ideally suited to someone who:
✔️ Is organised, proactive and reliable
✔️ Has worked in a trade/property management environment
✔️ Wants flexible hours (approx 4–10 hrs/week + extra when needed)
✔️ Is set up to work from home with solid internet

Subcontractor role with flexibility to step in for extra hours when required.
