NEW PROJECT // It's been a hot minute since we've been on here, but that's because our new Sandringham project is in full swing! This existing semi-detatched house is soon to become a brand new single level custom home with a mix of contemporary & art deco features. Look forward to sharing a few more updates over the coming weeks.

KITCHENS // The kitchen in our stunning Hampton project includes a double width island bench (packed with storage front and back), main galley style kitchen serviced by a galley butlers pantry and walk in pantry, an Iilume window (for added ‘natural’ light) in the butlers pantry to keep the space bright.

HERITAGE // Heritage and period homes are a treasure trove of stories from times gone by.

Growing up in a period home, and initially starting as an apprentice and then working as a lead carpenter with a small domestic builder who focused on period homes, I've come to appreciate the unique features that make these homes truly special.

I learned how to blend old with new, and navigate their quirks (particularly throughout bayside, they generally have more than a few).

Today, at , my team and I work on a variety of projects, including new and old builds (renovations / extensions), both period and contemporary.

That said, a custom heritage/period home renovation will always be close to my heart. There's something truly rewarding about preserving the character and charm of these historic homes while creating modern spaces that stand the test of time.

This one is a second story extention with renovations throughout including 5 bathrooms, laundry, new kitchen with buttlers pantry & opening up rear living space with sliders.
