What a DAY at CrossFit 4017 ❤️💪

Absolutely beyond proud of every single person who took on Murph today. From RX athletes to scaled and modified versions — everyone showed up, dug deep and gave it everything. That’s what this community is all about.

Huge shout out to Scully and Andy who jumped in for an EXTRA run (yes… THREE one mile runs 😅) so our younger female athletes didn’t have to run alone in the dark. That’s the kind of crew we have here.
