Before and after of these garages completed in Prahran, on a corner lot, with a laneway behind. Still in disbelief that Council allowed us a FULL black colour schedule 😂 to be fair...it does blend in quite well 😏

From Ringwood North to Springvale South 🚗
Today's site measures were similar, which is rare....both double storey, both doing internal alterations and both unoccupied yet! Certainly makes measuring a bit easier ✔️🏡📝

After working around a few hurdles for this new home in Belgrave, including:
✔️ Obtaining a planning permit
✔️ Dealing with a sloping site
✔️ Dealing with existing trees that impacted the size and location of the home
✔️ Working around crazy bushfire requirements
✔️ First new home design I did that had to achieve compliance with a few new regulations introduced from last year...

We have just received the building permit 👏 🥳 so looking forward to seeing this one break ground 🏡
