• Monday 12:30pm – Hot Yoga with Brooke G
• Thursday 5:30pm – Hot Strength Cardio with Ella B
• Thursday 7:30pm – Warm Yin Yoga with Leanne C

These classes are free to attend, but spots are limited, so be sure to book in early to secure your place. We can't wait to see you in the studio!
