What: Unique Concrete Kerbing as a border for Artificial Lawn.

Why:

1. It greatly enhances the look of your Artificial Lawn, by framing the lawn solidly. It increases the visual return on investment of your Artificial Lawn.

2. It is much more effective than Aluminium edging or Metal edging at blocking sand, w**ds and w**d seeds from blowing over the artificial
Lawn. Organic matter and w**d seeds will result in w**ds sprouting on top of artificial lawn.

Context:

Installing Unique Concrete Kerbing will cost significantly more than installing Metal/Aluminium edging, or Standard yellow Concrete Kerbing. But doing so will pay dividends not only for the initial finished look of the gardens but also for keeping the Artificial Lawn in better condition than would be the case for standard edging.

The installation process for Artificial Lawn and Unique Concrete Kerbing will take place over two weeks. This compares to one day for Artificial Lawn and Standard Aluminium/metal edging. For this reason, few companies will raise this as an option during an on-site quote. Although your quote will be higher for this option, it is still more profitable (and efficient) for the installer to complete an Artificial Lawn project in one day with standard edging at a lower quote price.

But because we look forward to and love seeing the finished look of these Unique Concrete Kerbing projects, we hope to book more of them. Even though it means splitting a project over three days, including a period in the middle of the project to allow the Kerbing to dry.

We also like knowing that the lawn and gardens will be easier to keep clean and w**d free because Unique Concrete Kerbing provides a more substantial barrier between gardens and lawn.
