I'm putting this post up as a warning to people in the market for a Computer, be careful of what you're buying.

I have just repaired a PC for a customer that was prebuilt from a computer company in Rockingham. The PC has been having random shutdown crashes since the purchase date.
After a return visit they claimed to have resolved the problem, but they haven't, now the PC is a couple months over the warranty period, the company is refusing to service the computer under warranty even though the original issue has not been resolved and was within the period.
The computer is quite expensive and is full of ridiculously unnecessary and pointless parts, which have done nothing for the PC's performance and everything to the price.
Please, everyone, be careful about prebuilt PC's, look at what it comes with, get several opinions about the design. I will always recommend a custom build as you will get "exactly" what you need for the given budget you have and not a bunch of parts that a company wants to get rid of.
I am very unhappy with the build of this PC and the treatment of the customer by this company.
