We are pleased to announce that the Team Member of the Month for May is Lachlan Goff from our Rockingham and Baldivis clinics.

Lachy is a valued, hard-working practitioner who consistently takes on new tasks and clients without hesitation. As a dedicated team player, he always willingly lends a helping hand to his colleagues and team leader, even when facing challenging situations or being thrown in the deep end!

His kind and easy-going nature makes him a pleasure to work with and allows him to build rapport quickly with new clients. Lachy played an integral role in opening the Baldivis clinic and has been managing his caseload independently ever since.

Stretching is great for mobility, but only when it’s done correctly.

Here are some simple guidelines to help you get better results and avoid injury:
βœ” Warm up first before stretching
βœ” Move with control, not force
βœ” Hold stretches for 20–30 seconds
βœ” Focus on key areas like hips, hamstrings, shoulders and back
βœ” Be consistent (2–4x per week works best)

And just as important, avoid these common mistakes:
βœ– Stretching into pain
βœ– Bouncing or rushing movements
βœ– Ignoring strength and control in your mobility work

Flexibility alone isn’t enough, your body also needs strength and control to move well. If stiffness or tightness is holding you back, the right program can make a big difference.
