The next stage of CPV industry reforms has been finalised, with changes taking effect from 1 July 2026.
Drivers will now need to provide information about the booking service provider or providers they accept bookings with. Drivers can now update this information in the ST Vic user portal, and should complete this by 1 September 2026.
The reforms also include changes to the CPV Public Register and approved in-car security camera requirements.
