We've also got the original, inkfree pink butcher paper in rolls or packs. Blocks your brisket from getting oversmoked while still letting the steam out so you don't lose that nice bark you've been waiting all day for.

Hey you all! We've been a little quiet on Insta and here's why.

Been building out our new facility. Commercial kitchen for the creative and all that food safe work; warehouse for the business bits. After 13 years in business, it's a place to call 'home'.

We're throwing open the showroom weekday afternoons as something of a BBQ milk bar, too. A place where you can grab a bag of charcoal or quality pellets (Lumberjack or Aussie produced), woods, accessories, bacon cures, brines, inkfree Oren butcher paper. And of course, our own award winning bbq sauces and rubs.

Pull up a stool if you're in for a bbq chin wag. BBQ is life. 😆
