When times are tough which seems to be more often than not at the moment for all of us, remind yourself to control the controllables. Make sure you do something for yourself every day, it can be as small as taking a few minutes to think of something you are grateful for.

You might have heard this so many times lately but if you take a moment to yourself each day, it can help you feel a little bit of good energy and that you have some sort of control in a time where we can hardly leave our houses.
