Eddie Metz Racing

Race report from round 2, Tailem Bend SA.
Eddie qualified 4th outright and 2nd in class, pretty much how it was all 4 races but some great battles and racing, car was reliable.
We had great company.
Thanks to wify Louise Metz , crew chief John Karamanis and his son Anthony for all their help, Anthony Haslam from Track Performance Solutions for his remote magic and last but not least Declan Kirkham and his crew for transportation of my spare tyres and wets all greatly appreciated.

Wrep up for the weekend round 1.
Race 3 for the weekend and first race for the day not much to report started 3rd finished 3rd did have few corners dicing with Linda Devlin after her small issue but she came back strong and drove away.
Race 4. Second for Sunday started 3rd couple of laps in Richard Gay passed Eddie. Eddie managed to overtake back but something started feeling wrong with the car, Eddie had to slow down, unfortunately right hand front tyre blew up and we didn't finish the last race.
Unfortunately that meant no champagne for us this weekend.
Overall this weekend wasn't so bad considering we had no brakes, from Friday practice. We are not kidding. We believe we done ok. Tyre blow out well that's something out of our control.
We'll try to come back stronger and catch up to Jimbo Harris and Linda, also Steve Howard had slow weekend but he'll shorly be back on it, so battle to the end should be exciting.
Again I (Eddie) would like to thank all my crew as per yesterday, I need to add I'm so sorry slipped my mind to mention Mike Kyval that went out of his way to get us some ducting which is really appreciated, also Barry Devlin for all his help.

After awesome work in race one p2, race 2 wasn't as planned, great start then eddie got involved with other people's issues

We are racing this coming weekend at Winton, Datto is in action as Es**rt is still sick.
At this stage Eddie is driving, hopefully it won't change due to back issues, lots of driving by the look of it.

Round 1 of our racing season will be at one of the best tracks in the world at Phillip Island on the weekend of 10th-11th of April
We'll be racing in Datto for this round as es**rt is not ready, but never less Eddie will give it his best
