August 21 holiday at Lake house daylesford

Today was interesting to say the least. At the gym I learnt about supersets and training to failure. Arms going to hurt in the morning.
On a side note, I frequently have "issues" mainly in the head that can spiral out of control, but its alway good to know that when I does happen help is always not too far away.
In saying that I say to everyone, be kind, be safe and it ain't dumb to ask for help.
