The final touches are underway at Free Form as we edge closer to project completion for Gestalt Property Group ✨
With construction nearing the finish line, tenants have already begun gaining early access to their spaces, allowing them to commence fit-outs and preparations ahead of handover. It's always rewarding to see a project transition from a construction site into a place where businesses can begin planning their next chapter 🏗️
Excitement is also building for the upcoming Handover Ceremony, where project partners, stakeholders and tenants will come together to celebrate the successful delivery of this unique development.

🏗️ Great progress continues at Metroll Ballarat.
The project has reached another key milestone, with earthworks completed, the site benched to height and the subbase now fully installed.
Foundation works are well underway, our plumbing team has commenced on-site and is tracking strongly, and we're gearing up for the arrival and installation of structural steel within the next two weeks.
This project is particularly special as it represents our third project alongside Metroll, reflecting a strong partnership founded on trust, collaboration and proven outcomes.
It's exciting to see the project move from the ground up as each trade plays its part in bringing the vision to life.
