Creamy veggie soup hubby's request to use up some spinach we have been growing and bump up some goodness as we focus on our nutrition more.

With thanks to my little helper yesterday

1 onion
As much garlic as you need . We used 2 cloves
2 spuds
2 zucchini
Celery
Stalks
Carrots
Capsicum
Creamed corn -optional - makes it pretty corny
Cream -optional ( can sub out corn or cream)
2 chick plant based stock cubes and adequate water.

Saute and let simmer. Blizz and done.

Served with grilled cheezy bread. Was a winner with hubby and kids 🤙

Maybe not everyone's cup of tea talking about 💩 but this is something I began about 7 years ago as a way to internally cleanse and reset my digestion. Consciously be aware of my health choices, support the gut -brain axis, immune system and vitality.

It's not for everyone, there are always pros and cons to everything but it you have tried it, you know it makes a world of difference 🙏
