Featherbrook P-9 College

The Featherbrook College Award is an award that was introduced during the college’s inaugural year of 2017. The award was designed to recognise students who consistently demonstrate the school’s values of High Expectations, Respect, being Safe and Collaboration.
Each month, 2 students are recognised through this coveted award which is determined by teaching teams who collectively select the recipients. The award is presented to the students at the whole school assembly each month. Along with the award certificate, students receive a book voucher provided by the award sponsor Century 21 Point Cook.

Our Wellbeing Team is proud to provide a range of programs that help students feel connected, supported, and ready to learn.
On a Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings we offer students a welcoming start to the day with a nutritious breakfast and friendly conversation.
On these days we open the Bean and Brew cafe which provides a safe and relaxed space where students and families can build social connections, develop confidence, and enjoy positive interactions with peers and staff.
Our Primary students have the opportunity to engage in structured, calm activities during recess and lunch, fostering friendships, inclusion, and a sense of belonging through passive play in the Green Building. The activities providing change each day and may include colouring, uno, puzzles and lego.
These initiatives are all part of our commitment to creating a positive school environment where every student feels valued, supported, and able to thrive.
