This is Jims, the Head Chef at Crouching Monkey! Originally from Malaysia, Jims has 23 years of experience in the culinary field and has been the brains behind our awesome Asian fusion menu since we opened.

This is Dan, one of Crouching Monkey's food & bev legends. Born & raised in Perth, Dan has been at Crouching Monkey since October last year & has been in the hospo scene since 2020 - debuting in a Pizza restaurant.
