As 2025 draws to a close, we wanted to take a moment to say thank you.

It has been a big year in property. Shifting market conditions, changing buyer behaviour, and a continued focus on quality have shaped how our clients approach buying homes and building property portfolios. Throughout it all, we’ve seen buyers place more importance on clarity, sound strategy, and having the right support in place before making decisions.

For us at Property Wizards, 2025 has been about helping people buy well. That means taking the time to understand goals, cutting through noise, and acting decisively when we find the right opportunity. Whether you worked with us this year, in years past, or are still considering your next move, your trust and support mean a great deal to us.

We’re grateful to be part of so many buying journeys, and to continue doing work we genuinely care about. We’re looking forward to 2026 with optimism, focus, and the same disciplined approach that guides every purchase we’re involved in.

🏆 A Proud Moment for Property Wizards

We’re excited to share that our Director Trevor Dunkley has been inducted into the REIWA Hall of Fame ⭐ following his three consecutive wins as Buyer’s Agent of the Year (2022–2024).

The Hall of Fame recognises long-term, consistent excellence - a standard Trevor has upheld through strategic property buying, strong negotiation and rigorous due diligence for more than two decades.

The ceremony at Crown Perth saw over 400 industry peers come together to celebrate the 2025 Awards for Excellence. REIWA President Suzanne Brown acknowledged Trevor’s calm, collaborative approach and the strong relationships he has built across the industry 🤝 Her words reflected the values at the heart of our agency.

This milestone also marks something truly special for Property Wizards - we are the only agency in Australia with two individual Hall of Fame inductees. * ⭐ Trevor now joins fellow Director Liz Sterzel, inducted in 2022.

And the celebrations didn’t end there. Senior Buyer’s Agent Michaela Wells was named a finalist in this year’s Awards for Excellence, ⭐ Her detailed approach and deep commitment to buyers continue to elevate our service.

We’re honoured to have a team recognised at this level and look forward to continuing to guide WA buyers with expertise that stands the test of time.
