Celebrating a major win for Axito client Ningaloo Reef Adventure Camps, the largest Regional Economic Development Grant recipient in the Gascoyne Development Commission for Round 8.
An incredible achievement that will help drive sustainable tourism and regional growth.

With a $150,000 RED Grant, Project CoralX2 will double visitor capacity from 1,750 to 3,500 guests per year. The project will replace ageing tents with high‑wind rated glamping units, expand staff accommodation, and upgrade ablution and dining facilities to support a more resilient and comfortable visitor experience.

The impact goes well beyond infrastructure:
🔸 Up to three new full‑time jobs
🔸 Expanded youth and educational tourism experiences
🔸 More than double the annual spend with local tour operators,
strengthening the regional economy.

Axito worked closely with NRAC to build a compelling case, aligning the project with regional priorities and compiling the supporting evidence needed to clearly demonstrate how the objectives would be met.
