I’ve seen this circulating on many social media platforms

No doubt the market is hot on the back of low interest rates, increase in mining jobs/ projects

However, if you look closely you have to ask, 800 Enquiries over what period of time?

Also this has NRAS attached which means the rent is discounted by 20%.

I also question the bias of the comment given it’s from a developer with an interest in moving more of their stock

So do your homework, be prudent, obtain second or third opinions from professionals who are not stakeholders. Don’t get sucked into the hype or could be a costly mistake

Market sentiment/ consumer confidence is high

How will the market react once the build grants finish? Its anyone's guess
