I know it’s busy out there !
But if anyone is over the downtime in between jobs or having trouble being paid consistently or just in need of a stable income and cashflow or even just looking for a change..

Elite tile group is looking for another full time employee to join our team.
Preferably someone with 3-4 years experience (more the better)
License and own vehicle is a must.

Happy to discuss payment whether it be an hourly rate on wages or a day rate on abn .
Rates will be negotiated to your capabilities.

Also anyone looking for fill ins here and there in between jobs we generally can help out with some work to do so no one sits at home…

ELITE TILE GROUP ARE HIRING!!

We are seeking experienced qualified Tiler’s
And also an apprentice or 2 ..

Qualified Tiler’s :
If you would like to join a professional tiling team and work as a full time employee with all the benefits as an employee such as holiday pay,sick pay,superannuation, long service leave etc.....
We will require you to have :

-a minimum of 5 years experience in residential tiling
-blue card/white card
-Own tools
-own vehicle and drivers license
(we can supply a company vehicle for the right person)
-ability to work unsupervised
-ability to read plans
-ability to brick up and screed
-ability to work with others
-speak fluent English
-practice good personal hygiene
-have a positive attitude
-have good work ethic
-have passion and take pride in their work

If you would like to work on a subcontractor basis
We will require you to have the same as above and also the following:

-current ABN
-insurance (public liability and workers Comp)
-provide reference to previously completed jobs
-able to show me recently completed work

Payment structure can be discussed and
Paid accordingly to the ability of the individual.

Day rate, hourly rate, m2 rate etc... whatever you prefer..

If you would like to start an apprenticeship or if you are already an apprentice and would like to join our team we require you to have :

-Drivers license
-own vehicle or transportation
-white card/ blue card
-ability to learn
-a good attitude
-ability to take criticism
-be reliable and punctual

I have been in the trade for 18 years and have been in business for 14 of them, we are a well established company with a consistent and constant flow of work, we tile over 250+ homes annually...
